The Omni-God series by Katie Hornor is must have for every Christian family.
This is a great homeschool curriculum choice, small group study option, or a personal Bible study.
I love that the series not only digs into scripture (there's plenty of reading and copy work for scripture) but it also looks at how we can see the character of God in the world around us.
Character is formed early in life so the sooner we can begin pointing our children toward the character of God and understanding how we can learn from Him the better off they will be. They are world changers who need a firm foundation so they can withstand the trials before them and honor God along the way.
Depending on your schedule this can be a 5 or 9-week study that can expand into other subjects as you see fit.

The book is designed for middle-school and up but I have used it, with only slight modifications with my 2nd grader. We have skipped over some of the writing pieces and just discussed them instead.
The book includes great prompts like, “Use the word good in a sentence about God” are great conversation starters for younger children and we have spent much time discussing the good things about God.
With each historical section of the study, you meet real people who have impacted the world around them with their character. This is another practical way to show your children that they can make a difference in the world by choosing a godly character and showing the love of Jesus in practical ways.
